ACCOMMODATION
Our Paying Guest facilities at Barnny Villa are for ladies only.
We offer bedrooms for single and double occupancy on
monthly, weekly or daily basis - a maximum of 2 ladies per room.
Each occupant has common access to
- a kitchen with refrigeration
- a gas connection for self-catering
- a bath and western toilet with geyser
- a television connection.
- an internet broadband connection.
The Barnny Villa consists of
- a garden-balcony
- 3 bedrooms,
- a common parlor
- a kitchen,
- a bath-toilet
Security:
- a CCTV installment around the house.
- the PG facility is located on the first floor
- access to the PG quarters are through a metal gate and a wooden door.
- We take personal care to ensure that our clients return home before 11.30 p.m. Those who stay out late would do so at their own risk.
Fees:
- Deposit: One month’s PG fees payable in advance, refundable without interest at time of checking out.
- Fees depend on the length of stay and the type of accommodation chosen (single or double occupancy).
- Requirements: Identity documentation, reference letter/s, photos.
